I am a service designer and a mother of two small girls. I look at services with designer-mum eyes. I like living in the city despite of everything. I ride my bicycle around or use public transport; I do not own a car. I like to think that you can have great relationships in the city, between neighbours, and live in a more human way.

What I do best is activating people and assisting groups to come up with ideas and realise them. I do it using design tools and generally design thinking.

I have a BA in product design, MA in service design and a PhD in design with the topic: collaborative housing.

I speak Hebrew, Italian, English and some German

I work in HousingLab, Design department of Politecnico di Milano and I teach Social innovation and Service design in several schools.

When I can I travel: I have travelled for six month in Asia, four month in the Netherlands and through the Trans-Mongolian route.

I play Tenor Sax in a band, I enjoy clay modeling and I’m a good baker.

Good ideas come from listening and collaborating.
